    We have two main thematic interpretations of the theory of information. "Information theory" is a technology trend which is important in the sphere of special education. On the other hand we can mention the holistic concept of a human being. The professional attitudes to people with disability are marked by the holistic concept. But the development of the technology is not contradictory to a holistic concept of the individual. For example, we consider the development of the personality of a person withmild mental disability by using the computer and other technical tools for the biopsychological and spiritual development.
