The article is concerned with examining the value of teacher education and ways of its formation in pupils of primary and secondary schools in their educational process. We look at the value of education through the eyes of three teachers teaching in the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, we tried to understand and describe the personality of the Ukrainian teacher, his view of the teaching profession and to take the position of a teacher in a Ukrainian school and society.
