Personality development of prospective mathematics teachers
Original language description
The publication entitled Personality development of prospective mathematic teachers is based on the assumption that positive beliefs of pre-gradual primary-school mathematics teachers about the quality not only of their didactic and mathematic training, but as well as pedagogical-psychological preparadness, may constitute a guarantee of a positive relationship to their future occupation. The word “development” in the title of the publication indicates that we see the formation of these positive beliefs as an active and continuous process of searching for suitable approaches to achieve this objective. Therefore, the monograph is an attempt at encompassing this, in our environment not really explored, area of the teacher’s professional training from the broadest perspective possible.
