Tourist satisfaction is the most important factors in tourism industry. Tourist satisfaction assessment can help regulate efforts on visitors' travel experiences, shaping the quality of services and changing the guideline for effective destination marketing strategy. Tourists who feel satisfied with their vacation experience will consider revisiting the destination and recommend region to family and friends. Attention should be given to factors of tourists' satisfaction because these factors influence the tourist's decision about the destination. The main purpose of this study is determining the most important satisfaction factors for tourists in the Czech Republic using exploratory factor analysis (EFA). An exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed for reducing the number of variables and determined significantly correlated factors.
