DNA Analyser is a web-based server for nucleotide sequence analysis. It has been developed thanks to cooperation of Department of Informatics, Mendel&apos;s University in Brno and Institute of Biophysics, Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. The aim of this service is to provide a free and user-friendly tool for studying DNA features with a focus on DNA local structures. DNA analyzer includes the following tools for identifying local DNA structures: G4 hunter, G4 killer, P53 predictor, R-loop tracker, Z-DNA hunter and CpX hunter.
