PCR fragments covering the porcine TIP47 gene from 5'to 3'end of the coding sequence were designed, amplified and sequenced. Partial sequence of the porcine TIP47 obtaining 3' end of the coding sequence and complete introns 3 and 6 was determined by direct sequencing. In the coding region and in intron 3 no polymorphisms were detected. Ten SNPs were indentified in intron 6. In this intron also PRE-1 sequence was revealed. Sequence and variability analysis of the last part of the porcine TIP47 gene is inprogress.

Analýza struktury a variability prasečího genu TIP47
Czech description
V této práci byly designovány, amplifikovány a sekvenovány PCR fragmenty pokrývající kódující sekvenci prasečího genu TIP47 od 5'do 3'konce. Pomocí přímého sekvenování byla určena částečná sekvence zahrnující 3'konec kódující sekvence a kompletní sekvence intronů 3 a 6. V kódující sekvenci ani v sekvenci intronu 3 nebyly detekovány žádné polymorfismy. V intronu 6 bylo nalezeno 10 jednonukleotidových polymorfismů a PRE-1 sekvence. Na analýze struktury a variability zbývajících částí prasečího genu TIP47se nadále pracuje.
