In this study, during a 24h period milk samples were taken and several factors were analyzed for fat percentage (FP) from each milking of 60 cows milked in an AMS. Higher milking frequency (P=0.02) and milk production (P<0.01) decreased FP. Effect of milk interval (P=0.21) could be influenced by lactation stage and milk production. No effect of lactation stage and parity were found.
