Determination of femtogram quantities of matrix metalloproteinases by chronopotentiometric stripping analysis

  • Original language description

Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) represent a family of structurally related zinc-dependent metallopeptidases. MMPs are able to degrade both majority and minority components of extracellular matrix include the native helix of collagen. The aim of this work was to optimize adsorptive transfer stripping technique coupled with chronopotentiometric stripping analysis (AdTS CPSA) for ultrasensitive determination of MMPs (MMP-2 and MMP-9). In addition we aimed our attention to follow the interaction of MMs with collagen.

Stanovení femtogramového množství matrixových metaloproteinas chronopotenciometrickou rozpouštěcí analýzou

  • Czech description

A dále jsme věnovali pozornost interakci MMs s kolagenem.
