Original language description
The scope of this study was to evaluated two brands of complementary food and observed the influence of storing period to L*a*b* values, sensory evaluation, and stability of provitamin beta-carotene. The further goal was judged if the shelf-life can be prolonged from 18 to 21 months. The results showed significant influence to color in system CIELAB during heat treatment and during storing period. The obtained data resulted to not prolonged shelf-life from 18 to 21 months.
