Determining performance and prosperity parameters of the region is the competitiveness and significance of enterprises in the region. It is therefore necessary to monitor the financial situation of business, their long-term strategic development and its importance for economic and non-economic development of the region. This paper focuses on the regional significance of the chosen company. The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the regional importance of a chosen company in the region. The main research methods include: case study, selected methods of financial, situational and regional analysis. The paper evaluates the regional economic and non-economic importance of the company in the region, in response to the monitored performance and prosperity indicators of the region. The results of the case study showed that the examined company contributes significantly to the development of the region. The results also showed that the examined corporate strategy reflects the needs of long-term strategic development of the region.
