Ontogenetic development of the cytokine's profile
Original language description
Our research is aimed at immunoregulating role of cytokines and cortisol during postnatal development of experimental pigs. Observed cytokines (IL-1 , IL-4, IL-8, IL-10, IFN- and TNF- were detected by ELISA method; cortisol by HPLC technique. Obtained results proved decrease of level of these matters between 1. and 18. days and between 28. and 31. days . Stressful events (birth and wean) occure during these intervals. So we clearly proved negative influence of stress.
