Reduction of activity concentration of radiocesium in meat by heat- pressure boiling.
Original language description
The meat (Sus scrofa) was salted (5 g NaCl to 100 g meat) before preparation by heat pressure boiling ― 15 minutes. There was reached a reduction of the activity concentration of radiocesium about 50 % (from 42.7 % to 58.3 %). The meat had activityconcentration of radiocesium 106 Bq.kg-1. The activity concentration of radiocesium was reduced on average to 53 Bq.kg-1. The activity concentration of 137Cs was measured by gamma-spectrometry.

Snižování aktivity radiocesia v mase
