Original language description

Meat of wild boar with an intial 137Cs activity concentration of 103 Bq kg(-1) of fresh mass was treated by brining. The dry-salting reduced the activity up to18%. Subsequent brining by a mixture of sodium chloride and potassium nitrate reduced the Cs-137 activity concentration by at least 72%.

Maso z kýty prasete divokého s aktivitou 137Cs 103 Bq . kg-1, bylo upraveno solením a lákováním. Nasolení na sucho - pokles aktivity až 18 %. Následné lákování ve směsi chloridu sodného a dusičnanu draselného snížilo aktivitu 137Cs nejméně o 72 % .
