BA and PA content was determined in white mould cheese from the Czech market. Quantitatively most important BA were in TYR the range 0.5-106, CAD 3.2-266, and PUT 0.3-295 mg.kg-1. The cheeses from three producers differed in their contents. However, theeffect of batches was not so significant.
