Original language description
The aim of this study was to monitor occurrence of Lactobacillus spp. in samples of raw cow, goat and ewe milk (n=190) from the dairy farms in the Czech Republic. Polymerase chain reaction method was used for the identification of Lactobacillus spp. where were 35 % isolates identified as Lactobacillus spp. Less than 50 % of the samples contained Lactobacillus spp. from which the most were presented in the raw cow milk (72 %) and at the least in the samples of raw ewe milk (11 %).
