Original language description
The use of QDs in IHF for detecting wheat, mustard and milk allergens in model samples with concentrations in the range of 0.001%, 0.01%, 0.1%, 1%, 10% was studied. The QD - IHF detection limit of 0.01 % for QDs with a wavelength of 525 nm and 0.001 % for QDs of 585 nm was established. The QD-IHF method can be used for follow-up research of other food allergens.
