In the last few years we can see the effort to implement knowledge management into manyinstitutions. The main goal of all these endeavours is to establish knowledge processes that would supportdecision-making activities. One of the key knowledge processes today is learning that requires newapproaches. E-Learning is just one of such approaches. The article will present the issues covering therelationship between e-Learning and knowledge management It will also elaborate on some implicationabout e-Learning in the university setting.
