Original language description
Paper deals with the subject of retail core banking services in the Czech Republic. The dataset of primary data containing more than 16.500 records of individual payment account usage was segmented. Two-step cluster analysis was performed resulting in three cluster solution o progressive, conservative and overdraft-user profile. Our explorative analysis opens possibilities for further research regarding the major banks in the Czech Republic.
