    Design of Business Canvas Model for Social Media

    Social media are a powerful instrument and companies use them every year with an increasing tendency. With the growing spread of social media, it can be confusing for companies which of the social media to use, how much to invest, and how to manage them. The main objective of this paper is to create a model for an effective use of social networks based on the business model canvas. Furthermore, the aim is to use analyzed data to create a general model of how not only companies should treat social media, what the important measures are, and, conversely, what is taboo on social media. Firstly, the authors analyzed the business model canvas and then with a combination of known principles effective on social networks created a model that will allow companies to use social networks more effectively.
