Reflective thinking is thought to be an important part of the professional activity and enlargement of the pedagogical competency of teachers in the current university environment. These papers apply the self- reflexion on the graduate?s theses which arean essential part of the curricula at all universities in terms of professional and educational importance, time demand and intellectual difficulty for students, organizational, personnel and economical requirements for schools. In the current conception of education the axiological 1 aspect is emphasized ? value orientation for students and results required by practise. Even if the subject didactics and methodology of different subjects have been prepared, we rarely meet didactics for development andevaluation of graduates? theses.
