This contribution is supported by the Agency for the promotion of research and development on the basis of the contract No LPP-0384_09: "the concept of HCS 3E model vs. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)". This contribution is also a part of the submitted project KEGA No 037STU-4/2012 "Sustainable socially responsible business". The third category of participant in international business is facilitators, independent individuals or firms that assist the internationalization and foreign operations of focal firms and make it possible for transactions to occur efficiently, smoothly, and in a timely manner. Facilitators include banks, international trade lawyers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and consultants. Their number and role have grown due to the komplexity of international business operations, intense competition, and technological advances.
