Original language description
We should together consider the possibility to understand a student as a customer. We should also consider if we could approach a student the same way as we approach a customer. We can start with the fact that “managers” of private universities usually know the costs of educating students and these costs are also monitored and documented in detail. On the other hand, private university should also consider what are the costs spent by students towards the university, or at least how does the student see these costs. This is the area where unnoticeable loss can originate, in the form of disloyalty of students, displeasure of students or loss of students, both the present students and students interested in the studies at the university. Student is one of the multiple sources of information, impulses or movers of innovation efforts at private universities.
