Apolipoprotein a5 and hypertriglyceridemia in prague hypertriglyceridemic rats
Original language description
Prague hereditary hypertriglyceridemic (HTG) rats are useful model of human hypertriglyceridemia. Thus, the variation of Apoa 5 gene and its expression were studied in this starin under normal conditions and after chronic fructose loading. It was found that Apoa 5 does not seem to be a genetic determinant of hypertriglyceridemia in HTG rats
Czech name
Apolipoprotein a5 a hypertriglyceridemie u pražského hypertriglyceridemického potkana
