Expression and subcellular redistribution of proteinkinase C isoforms in chronically hypoxic rat heart: effects of inhibitors
Original language description
The aim of study was to analyzed acute effects of proteinkinase C (PKC) inhibitors on the expression and subcellular localization of PKC isoforms ? and ? in normoxic and chronically hypoxic rat hearts. The results of study are in line with negative effects of PKC inhibitors on the increased ischemic tolerance of chronically hypoxic hearts and support the view that PKC plays a role in this long-term cardioprotective mechanism

Exprese a subcelulární distribuce izoforem protein kinázy C v chronicky hypoxickém myokardu: vliv inhibitorů
Czech description
Cílem studie bylo zjistit, jak ovlivní akutní podání inhibitorů proteinkinázy C (PKC) expresi a subcelulární lokalizaci izoforem ? a ? PKC v srdci chronicky hypoxických potkanů. Výsledky studie potvrdily negativní účinek PKC inhibitorů na kardioprotektivní účinek chronické hypoxic a prokázaly klíčové postavení PKC v tomto mechanismu
