    Three types of poly(L-lactide-glycolide) scaffolds with the same porosity (87%pluminus1%) but with different diameters of the pores (600, 200 and 40 ?m) were prepared and seeded with human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells. On days 5 and 7 after seeding, the cells on the scaffolds of large or medium pore size infiltrated the inside part of the material, whereas on the scaffolds of small pore size, the cells were retained on the material surface. The cell in the scaffolds of the largest pore size showed the highest incorporation of bromodeoxyuridine into newly synthesized DNA. The mitochondrial activity in cells on scaffolds with high and medium pore size was significantly higher than on scaffolds of the smallest pore diameter

    Byly připraveny 3 typy porézních nosičů buněk z kolopymeru L-laktidu a glykolidu o stejné porositě (87%plusminus1%), avšak o různém průměru pórů (600, 200 a 40 ?m),a osazeny lidskými kostními buňkami linie MG 63. Za 5-7 dnů po nasazení osídlily buňky vnitřek nosičů s velkými a středními póry, zatímco u nosičů o malém průměru pórů zůstávaly buňky pouze na povrchu materiálu. Buňky na nosičích s velkými póry v nejvyšší míře zabudovávaly bromodeoxyuridin do nově syntetizované DNA. Mitochondriální aktivita buněk na nosičích se velkými a středními póry byla vyšší než u buněk na nosičích s malými póry
