Resorbable polymeric scaffolds for bone tissue engineering: The influence of their microstructure on the growth of human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells
Original language description
PLG scaffolds with the same porosity (83%) and an increasing diameter of pores (180-200 ?m, 250?320 ?m and 400-600 ?m) were prepared. The best colonization with cells was observed on the scaffold with the largest pore size. The concentrations of osteopontine and osteocalcine, markers of osteogenic differentiation were the same on all scaffolds
Czech name
Resorbovatelné polymerní matrice pro tkáňové inženýrství kostí: vliv mikrostruktury matrice na růst lidských kostních buněk MG 63
Czech description
Připravili jsme PLG matrice s velikostí pórů 180-200 ?m, 250?320 ?m a 400-600 ?m s vysokou porozitou (83 %). Nejlepší kolonizace matric kostními buňkami byla pozorována u matric s velikostí pórů 400-600 ?m. Koncentrace osteogenních markerů osteopontinu aosteokalcinu byla stejná u všech matric
