The effects of sinusoidal magnetic field 0.5, 1, and 10mT with frequency of 50Hz on cell-mediated immunity of leukocytes taken from healthy humans and cancer patiens were investigated by LAI essay. T lymphocytes taken from healthy humans and from cancerpatiens before and after medical treatment were examined. Correlation of the LAI essay results with the cell-mediated immunity suggests that magnetic field 50Hz alters the cell mediated immunity of T lymphocytes.

Czech description
Zjišťovali jsme účinky sinusového magnetického pole 0.5, 1 a 10mT s kmitočtem 50Hz na buňkami mediovanou imunitu leukocytů lidí metodou LAI (inhibice adherence leukocytů). Vyšetřovali jsme T lymfocyty zdravých dárců a pacientů s maligními nádory před a po léčbě. Korelace mezi výsledky LAI metody a buňkami mediovanou imunitou ukazuje, že magnetické pole 50Hz mění buňkami mediovanou imunitu T lymfocytů.
