    Effects of sinusoidal magnetic field 50Hz on leukocyte adherence

    Leukocyte Adherence Inhibition /LAI/ assay revealed that exposure to the magnetic field /O.5mT, 50Hz/ increases adherence of T lymphocytes taken from healthy humans and from cancer patiens before and after medical treatment. Correlation of the LAI assaywith the cell-mediated immunity suggests that magnetic field alters the cell-mediated immunity.

    Vyšetřování metodou inhibice adherence leukocytů (LAI) ukazuje, že expozice magnetickému poli (0.5mT, 50Hz) zvyšuje adherenci T lymfocytů zdravých lidí i pacientů s maligními nádory před a po léčbě. Korelace mezi výsledky získanými metodou LAI a buňkamimediovanou imunitou ukazuje, že magnetické pole mění buňkami mediovanou imunitu.
