Original language description
Bovine seminal ribonuclease (BS-RNase) and onconase have antitumor effects. Angiogenin (also a ribonuclease) supports angiogenesis of tumors. Recombinants of these ribonucleases have the same effects. Some of them are genetically modified to enhance theantitumor activity.
