    The aim of the study was to determine the differencies in the composition of fatty acids of intramuscular lipids between diploid (2n) and triploid (3n) tench of identical genetic specifications and raised under the same conditions, in relation to sex andage. A total of 137 tench siblings were analyzed.

    Cílem práce bylo stanovit rozdíly ve složení mastných kyselin v lipidech svaloviny diploidního (2n) a triploidního (3n) lína obecného identického původu a chovaného ve stejných podmínkách, ve vztahu k pohlaví a věku. Celkem bylo analyzováno 137 sourozenců lína.
