The study deals with the Czechoslovak restaurants on three world exhibitions - in Brussels in 1958, in Montreal (1967) and Osaka (1970). It analyzes not only the reaction of visitors all three shows, but also the role of restaurants at world exhibitionsplayed in the renaissance of ?haute cuisine in Czechoslovakia itself from the late fifties.
