Square-wave voltammetric determination of cefoperazone in a bacterial culture, pharmaceutical drug, milk, and urine.
Original language description
The publication provides evidence that square-wave voltammetry (SWV) is a suitable and quick method for cefoperazone (CFPZ) determination not only in buffer system but also in a culture of living bacteria without separation of biomass and in urine without any pretreatment. SWV can be even used for CFPZ determination in milk with a simple pretreatment.
