Original language name
Label-free voltammetric detection of single-nucleotide mismatches recognized by the protein MutS
Original language description
MutS protein recognizes mispaired and unpaired bases in dsDNA. In this work was used electrochemical detection of MutS at carbon paste electrode in combination with double surface technique (MutS bind to DNA heteroduplex at the surface of magnetic beads)for detection of single base mismatch in 30- and 95-mer DNA duplexes.
Czech name
"Label free" voltametrická detekce záměny jednoho nukleotidu rozpoznané proteinem MutS
Czech description
Protein MutS rozeznává špatně spárované a nespárované báze v dvojřetězcové DNA.
