    TNF-alpha is known to play a major role in liver regeneration as well as in carcinogenesis. We investigated possible interaction of TNF-alpha with ligands of the AhR. TNF-alpha significantly potentiated proliferative effects of TCDD and PCB126 leading toan increased percentage of cells in S-phase of cell cycle and increased expression of cyclin A. TNF-alpha inhibited AhR-dependent induction of CYP1A1, in contrast, it enhanced induction of CYP1B1.

    TNF-alfa se podílí na proliferaci a změně exprese enzymů cytochromu P450 indukovaných působením ligandů Ah receptoru u potkaních jaterních buněk

    TNF-alfa hraje důležitou roli během procesu jaterní regenerace, stejně jako při vzniku karcinogeneze. V této práci se zabýváme možnou interakcí TNF-alfa s ligandy AhR. TNF-alfa významně posiluje proliferační účinky TCDD a PCB126, což vede ke zvýšení procenta buněk v S-fázi buněčného cyklu a zvýšenou expresi cyklinu A. TNF-alfa inhibuje AhR-dependentní indukci CYP1A1 a naopak posiluje expresi CYP1B1.
