Non-dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls induce a release of arachidonic acid in liver epithelial cells: A partial role of cytosolic phospholipase A2 and extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 signalling
Original language description
We found that both PCB 47 and PCB 153, but not the dioxin-like, non-ortho-substituted, PCB 126, induce a massive release of AA. The AA release, induced by PCB 153, was partially inhibited by extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1/2 (ERK1/2) signaling inhibitor, U0126, and by cytosolic phospholipase A2 (cPLA2) inhibitor, AACOCF3.

Nedioxinové PCB indukují v jaterních epitheliálních buňkách uvolnění kyseliny arachidonové: Úloha cytosolové PLA2 a MAPK signální dráhy
Czech description
V této práci jsme zjistili, že tzv. "non-dioxin-like" PCB 47 a PCB 153 indukují masivní uvolnění kyseliny arachidonové z membránových fosfolipidů, na rozdíl od "dioxin-like" PCB 126. Uvolnění AA bylo částečně inhibováno inhibitorem ERK1/2 signální dráhy,U0126 a inhibitorem cPLA2, AACOCF3.
