Towards automated electrochromatographic analysis: Sample injection reproducibility.
Original language description
Capillary electrochromatography (CEC) is expected to become a standard analytical method.. The main obstacle for the routine use of CEC owadays is the lack of specialized instru-mentation. The ideal CEC apparatus should be fully automated to be capable of unattended rations, and a high reproducibility of all functions should be ensured. In the present work, we have focused on precise and accurate sample injection under various conditions (electro-kinetic, peak compression, isocratic vs. gradient elutionetc).
