Low energy electron microscope was put into the operation, which works in the energy range of the primary beam from zero to 10 keV with a high lateral resolution. There are possibilities of the detection of reflected electrons as well as transmitted electrons through thin films after irradiation by the electrons of the very low energy, in this instrument.

Czech description
Byl uveden do chodu nízkoenergiový rastrovací elektronový mikroskop, který pracuje v rozsahu energií primárního svazku od nuly do 10 keV s vysokým prostorovým rozlišením. Zařízení umožňuje jak detekci odražených elektronů ze vzorku tak i prošlých elektronů tenkými vzorky po dopadu elektronů s velmi nízkou energií.
