Chromosomal aberration frequencies determined by conventinal methods: Parallel increases over time in the region of a petrochemical industry and throughout the Czech Republic
Original language description
The association between occupational exposure to 1,3-butadiene (BD) and chromosomal damage was repeatedly studied during 1992-2004 using conventional cytogenetic analysis of peripheral lymphocytes in workers of a Czech petrochemical factory. The resultshave been compared with the spontaneous levels of chromosomal aberrations in the CR as a whole.
