UVB rays changed metabolic profile of the rabbit intraocular lens; after repeated irradiation of the eye the lens changes were more pronounced than after single UVB dose (the total dose in both cases was the same).

UVB paprsky změnily metabolický profil intraokulární králičí čočky, při čemž opakované ozařování mělo vyšší účinek, než jednorázové ozáření (v obou případech byla výsledná dávka UVB záření stejná).
