The Effect of Mesenchymal Stem Cells and Cytokines on Development of Individual Th Cell Subpopulations
Original language description
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have a significant impact on immune system and immune reaction. MSCs affect on differentiation of helper T cells in the milieu of key polarization cytokines. MSCs suppressed the differentiation of proinflammatory Th cell subpopulations. On the contrary, MSCs enhanced the development of regulatory T cells.
