Biomolecules for Osteogenesis Induction
Original language description
Tissue engineering combines cells, material engineering and suitable biomolecules. MSCs in an organism are responsible for regeneration of damaged tissue. In this paper we focus on the development of a cell-free system supporting MSC differentiation through specific organic molecule supplementation. Taurine, bFGF, TGF β, VEGF and BMP 2 on MSC were used in order to influence cell fate.
