Flux pinning model and pinning pressure in superconductors with randomly distributed columnar defects.
Original language description
We propose a new model of flux pinning on type-II superconductors with randomly distributed columnar defects. By free energy minimization we determine the equilibrium number of vortices pinned by defects and calculatef the critical current as a functionof magnetic field.
