Original language description
The surface excitation corrections are applied on measured electron backscattering probabilities from silicon surface with respect to copper and gold standards. Corrected peak areas are finally used for evaluating of inelastic mean free paths for silicon, and compared with the available literature data.

Czech description
Povrchové neelastické excitace, které budí elektrony při průchodu povrchem, podstatně ovlivnují výtěžek fotoelektronů a Augerových elektronů. V práci je popsána jednoduchá metoda korekce na tyto neelastické procesy. Korigovaná data zpřesnují kvantitativní analýzu povrchu.
