    Nanocrystalline diamond/amorphous carbon composite thin films have been deposited by microvawe plasma chemical vapour deposition from methan-rich CH4/N2 mixtures. The films have been consiste of diamont nanocrystals with diameters of 3-5 nm and they areembeded in an amorphous carbon matrix. I/V and Hall measurements,as well as reflextion, scattering and ellipsometric measurements have been reported. Nano tribo test and nano scratch tests have been also demonstrated

    Kompozitní vrstvy nanokrystalického diamantu a amorfního uhlíku byly deponovány pomocí depozice z par chemickým rozkladem s asistencí mikrovln ze směsí CH4/N2. Vrystvy obsahovaly nanokrystaly diamantu o velikosti 3-5 nm umístěné v amorfní uhlíkové matrici. Byly měřeny elektrické vlastnosti (Hallova měření), optické vlastnosti (reflexe, transmise, FTIR, elipsometrie), tribologické vlastnosti(scratch test) a biomedikální vlastnosti (cytoxicita)
