    Structural and optical properties of Er, Yb co-doped Y2O3 thin films

    Thin Er3+, Yb3+ co-doped Y2O3 films were grown on (100) YAG substrates by pulsed laser deposition. The influence of rare-earth content and oxygen pressure applied during the deposition on the structural, morphological and optical properties of the filmswere investigated. Waveguide losses of about 1dB/cm at 633 nm were obtained for the films produced at the lower oxygen pressure

    Tenké vrystvy Y2O3 dopované Er a Yb byly připraveny laserovou depozicí. Byl studován vliv koncentrace vzácných zemin a tlaku kyslíkového okolí na strukturální, morfologické a optické vlastnosti vrstev. Ztráty ve vlnovodu byly menší než 1db/cm na vlnové délce 633 nm
