The transition from the adsorbed state to a surface alloy in the Sn/Ni(111) system
Original language description
Conventional X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), temperature programmed desorption (TPD), low energyu electron diffraction (LEED), and high resolution photoelectron spectroscopy with synchrotron radiation (SRPES) were used in order to study the overlayer to surface alloy transition in the Sn/Ni(111) system, as a function of temperature and initial Sn coverage
Czech name
Přechod od adsorbátu k povrchové slitině v systému Sn/Ni(111)
Czech description
XPS, teplotně programovaná desorbce, difrakce pomalých elektrobů a fotoelektronová spektroskopie s použitím synchrotronového záření byly použity pro studium systému Sn/Ni(111) jakožto povrchové slitiny
