  • Original language description

    Several types of multilayer structures based on SrTiO3 and DyScO3 thin films were prepared by laser ablation. The dielectric properties of these samples without and under applied static or low-frequency electric field at room temperature were determinedin the terahertz spectral range by time-domain terahertz spectroscopy. We demonstrate up to 65% variation of the permittivity of SrTiO3 films and up to 33% modulation of the power transmission of terahertz waves at 500 GHz.

    Vrstevnaté struktury složené z tenkých vrstev SrTiO3 a DyScO3 byly připraveny pomocí laserové ablace. Dielektrické vlastnosti vzorků v terahertzové oblasti při pokojové teplotě byly studovány za přítomnosti i bez přiloženého vnějšího elektrického pole. Vrstvy SrTiO3 vykazují až 65% změnu permitivity v elektrickém poli a vzorky umožňují dosáhnout až 33% modulace výkonu prošlého terahertzového záření u 500 GHz.
