Grain boundary effects in nanocrystalline diamond

  • Original language description

Superconducting granular diamond films are studied experimentally by DC resistivity measurement and by noise analysis in the 10 MHz range. It is shown that point-like interconnections of particular grains likely control the film resistance above the superconducting transition and are also responsible for the Josephson?s noise in the superconducting state.
