Electrical properties of carbon nanowall films
Original language description
The dark conductivity of carbon nanowall (CNW) films deposited by hot-wire CVD was investigated. The conductivity of CNW films increased with increasing the film thickness. The CNW films have wall structure stood on substrate and the wall structure growsafter initial layer was formed. The conductivity of the wall structure was estimated from above result. The conductivity of the wall structure increased with increasing temperature. Based on these results, the electrical properties of CNW films were discussed.
