Vapor pressures of dimethylcadminum, trimethylbismuth, and tris(dimethylamino)antimony
Original language description
Vapor pressures of three metalorganic precursors, dimethylcadminum, trimethylbismuth, and tris(dimethylamino)antimony were measured using the static method in the technologically temperature range 258-323 K. The experimental data were fitted with the Clarke and Glew equation. The enthalpies of sublimation and vaporization were derived from the temperature dependence of vapor pressure. The present study significantly extends and updates the information on physico-chemical properties for these precursors. To our knowledge, this the first time that the vapor pressure measurements for tris(dimethylamino)antimony are reported.
